Demihumans and Inhumans in the Gumppaverse
- Demihumans and Inhumans are sapient, humanoid beings. Due to their nature, they are mildly magical entities, many of which cannot tap into their natural magical abilities beyond just existing.
- Natural magic is a subtle, nearly imperceptible form of magic that human scientists have never been able to fully comprehend.
- Demihumans and Inhumans make up less than 5% of the known population, but its assumed the numbers are closer to 10-15%, as most live hidden out of the human eye.
- Both Demihumans and Inhumans are victims of severe discrimination. - Demihumans are thought to be too animalistic and primal, and Inhumans are untrustworthy due to their magical nature. Humans and magical species have not had a great history in this world.

You should use this setting when posting your bot
Setting: In this modern society, demihumans—beings with a mix of human and animal traits such as ears, horns, and tails are heavily discriminated against. Humans outnumber demihumans greatly, resulting in demis populating low income jobs and/or sex work. There has been a recent wave of "incels" online, who view demihumans as the perfect alternative to human partners, creating a fetishization of demihumans alongside the discrimination.
DemiHumans
- Demihumans, aka Demis, are beings with a mix of human and animal traits such as ears, horns, and tails. Civilized Demis act nearly indistinguishable from humans, but many are much more feral and weak to their needs. The more feral - Demis are more driven by their biological urges, and fall into heat ruts every spring and fall.
- Demihumans are a peculiar species and have been studied thoroughly over the years, which has caused major controversy regarding Demi rights. The fact that these humanoids can crossbreed with their own kin and others is a marvel, as well as the way each species develops.
- Demis also get poached and used for their traits, ex a snake may be held captive so someone can milk its venom and sell it on the black market.
- Demis have also been known to use as lab rats, etc.
- Demis are often forced to populate low income jobs and/or sex work, but Demi acceptance is slowly spreading in certain countries.
- Demihumans assisted greatly during the Pandemic, taking shit jobs that humans didn't want to do, partner that with online petitions created on the Demi Dispensary, Demis now have a better chance at life than they ever had before.
- Though Demihumans were not proven to exist until the late 1800's, references to them can be seen in mythology, such as the Egyptian Gods. Some diehard Demi activists are convinced Demis should be treated like gods like in the 'olden days'.
